These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mutantwork.com and all tools, products, and content hosted on it ("the Service"), operated by Richard Brereton trading as Mutantwork, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").
Mutantwork offers the following:
Paid products are sold as one-time purchases via Gumroad. There are no subscriptions. Prices are as listed on the site at time of purchase.
Payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not handle or store your card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service.
All sales are final. If a product is materially defective or fundamentally fails to function as described, contact us at rick@mutantwork.com within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.
Purchasing a paid tool grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access key publicly. The access key is for individual use only.
Open-source tools (ComfyUI Power Pack) are governed by the MIT licence, the terms of which are included in the GitHub repository.
You agree not to use any Mutantwork tool to:
Some tools require you to supply your own third-party API keys (e.g. OpenAI for Prompt Power Pro, Hive AI for Mutant Verify). You are responsible for the usage, cost, and terms of those third-party services. We have no visibility into or control over how those providers handle your requests.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
In particular, Mutant Verify and the Forensic Lab provide probabilistic analysis only. Results should not be treated as definitive legal evidence of authenticity or AI generation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mutantwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £20, whichever is greater.
The Service integrates with or links to third-party services including Gumroad, Google Analytics, Hive AI, GitHub, and the Chrome Web Store. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services.
All content on mutantwork.com, including copy, design, and branding, is owned by Mutantwork unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. Open-source code is available under the MIT licence as noted in the relevant repository.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
